Stand 1377 is 926 m², and is available for R2,650,000, while stand 1370, with an even more spectacular view, is 900m² and costs R4,450,000. See the properties listed below.
myrun is Blythedale’s Connection to Discovery Vitality Active Rewards
Blythedale Coastal Estate is proud to announce that a partnership has been secured with myrun, a Discovery-endorsed, community-focused fitness idea. It embraces runners and walkers over achievable 2.5km and 5km routes in pristine areas across SA, beginning in March, and happening every Sunday. With nature trails and winding roads, Blythedale Coastal Estate will be the best destination to spend a Sunday morning working on your health and enjoying time with new friends and family in a fun and controlled environment. The coffee shop will both be open every Sunday, and myrun gives you those valuable Discovery points.
Blythedale Coastal Estate is set to become Africa’s first eco-smart estate, and, leading on from last year, eLan Property Group is continuing to source valuable partnerships that allow Blythedale to fulfill its potential, in regards to solar power, desalination, connectivity, gas, and everything else that will allow the development to function as a smart, environmentally-friendly, 80% off-grid Estate. One of these partnerships involves the development crowdfunding investment opportunity with Uprise Africa. The initial required funding is already in place, the crowdfunding is an extra opportunity for our investors. Take a look at Blythedale’s most attainable investment opportunity.
In development news, Blythedale Coastal Estate has completed the design of the 600-room resort hotel, and a world-renowned hotel group has been secured to manage and run the operation. The hotel is not only a destination but is an all-important investment opportunity that will be available to the public to purchase as a sectional title hotel. The rooms are configured in three different sizes, creating three different sectional title offerings for investors and tourists.
Blythedale Coastal Estate has, with a huge amount of input and research, almost finalised the design of our 350-unit Retirement Village. The village will have easy access to the main estate and will boast world-class amenities and 60 frail care beds, offering a complete package for residents. Look out for prices and design options launching in March.
March will also see the first sectional title offerings for the Estate enter the market. The initiative will launch with only 28 sites, in a very exclusive part of Blythedale. All but a few of the 28 sites are already spoken for, but some of these opportunities do remain. Please contact Lee Hamblin, via email@example.com or 083 578 8228, should you have any Blythedale queries or inquiries.
