BCR Update – January 2016

December was a very busy month at Blythedale Coastal Resort with abundant interest created through the Blythedale exhibition at Lifestyle Centre in Ballito. Many potential clients arrived on site to explore the development after seeing the exhibition and the number of sites reserved over the festive season is testimony to the splendour of Blythedale – 39 sites in total.

Billboards and sign boards have been erected, which has created awareness and directed clients to the onsite sales office, which is now 99% ready with only solar to be installed to provide electricity. Raubex is back on site and will be continuing with the road along the first 900 metres of the Beach Resort area. As for the website, there has been some great traffic this December with over 3500 unique visits to www.blythedale.co.za
