Upcoming December news
Blythedale Coastal Resort will have a great presence this December as people can soon visit the new Blythedale sales office which is in the process of being built. With sales gaining momentum within this phase, it’s exciting to see that the remaining sites are excellent properties with sea view plots averaging a selling price of R3.4 million. Picture a site with uninterrupted sea views and beautiful coastal forest. A site visit is definitely worth your while. Why not set aside a couple of hours for a scenic tour of this beautiful site area?

Even more so for folk that have been looking for land sale stock under the R1 Million mark, Blythedale Coastal Resort is most certainly the go to development. There are not many established secure estates on the North Coast that have land plots of average size 1,400 square metres with pricing at R670k to R990k. Well worth a peek, especially knowing that you are only 33 kilometres from King Shaka International Airport.
Other great benefits include: full access to all resort facilities, direct access to three kilometres of coast line and 320 hectares of indigenous forest. Our first 23 freehold sites will be transferred to their owners in February 2016. These owners can start building within that month as soon as the site is registered in their name. With regards to the two large phases (Blythedale Forest and Ocean) that were recently released, owners will be able to start building 12 to 18 months from February 2016.
This month, Blythedale is hosting an exhibition at The Nedbank Golf Challenge at Sun City and will have exhibition stands at both Gateway Theatre of Shopping and Ballito Lifestyle Centre. We hope to see all you passionate golfers at Sun City and avid shoppers at Gateway.
Navigate your site
Whilst our website is extremely interactive, this is the first development in South Africa whereby you can navigate the site and each individual erf for sale through a unique GPS offering on your phone. If you are on site, you can pin point your exact location on the interactive map through GPS coordinates. The same can now be done for Simbithi eco-estate.
