Commission / Fees
- Agents get fee/comm up front from non-refundable deposit (R25,000 into trust and released to agent once 4 suspensive conditions met: agreement signed, deposit paid, guarantee for balance, min 21 days)
- Agent/Client Launch registration process (need a checklist plus an upload facility)
Commission / Referral Fee
- Client agent interaction must be personalized (no group emails will be accepted)
- Has agent spent at least 15 mins speaking to the client about Blythedale
- Investors are to have a Physical meeting Or Virtual meeting
- Has client received the Blythedale launch pack from the agent (send proof)
- Clients signature confirming you are the introducing agent
- Upload paper trail
- Elan will approve registration of agent’s client in writing prior to launch if all paperwork in order
- Agents must go through a training session and write a Q&A
- The R25,000 fee to agent will be released as soon as suspensive conditions have been met
- Will be deducted from 4% comm
- If elan agent involved in driving client around site fee and comm to be split 50/50
