Meet the Team: Dynamic duo, Tania Evert and Jackie van Dyk
Meet the Team: Dynamic duo, Tania Evert and Jackie van Dyk, are the hard-working support crew behind the eLan Property Sales team’s efficient operation. They are also an integral part of the planning team behind eLan’s developments in Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Mauritius. Based at the main sales office in Simbithi Country Club, Tania and Jackie each have their own areas of responsibility.
As Administrator and Rentals Manager, Tania Evert deals with the conveyancing attorneys handling four estates – Blythedale Coastal Estate, Jackalberry Estate, Palm Lakes and Simbithi Eco Estate, as well as rentals at Simbithi Eco Estate. Tania enjoys ‘everything’ about her position which she moved into after two years in rentals and holiday letting in her home town, Zinkwazi Beach.
Jackie van Dyk is Administration Assistant and looks after all Blythedale Coastal Estate sales agreements. Jackie is always happy to assist clients visiting our Simbithi office. She loves the ‘Ballito vibe,’ the estate, interaction with people and working with the ‘amazing eLan team’!
Both Tania and Jackie are fortunate enough to live on the North Coast and fully understand why buyers are so attracted to Blythedale Coastal Estate.
“Blythedale offers everything,” says Tania. “The development will be like a town on its own, with everything you need on the estate – schools, a shopping centre, hotels, golf course and more. It is a perfect investment and will be a magnificent estate to live on for anyone wishing to make a lifestyle change or secure investment.”

For Jackie, an avid ‘animal lover,’ it is the natural beauty of Blythedale Coastal Estate that captures her imagination. “You have the coast in-front and the forest behind… why take one when you can have both?”
Jackie makes the most of living on the North Coast where you’ll find her lazing on the amazingly beautiful beaches with a good book; or walking among the wildlife – eagerly spotting bushbuck, mongoose, monkeys, even snakes.
She loves spending time with friends on weekends, popping into the local restaurant, and sharing stories over a glass of wine. “Everything is close by – work, home, gym, restaurants, ocean. I can’t think of a better town to live in, it’s a stunning place to call home!”
The North Coast’s ‘magnificent’ climate gets Tania out and about – playing golf and running. In addition to spending downtime with family and friends over weekends, Tania’s two daughters keep her busy, with the older one at studying at University and the younger boarding at St Mary’s DSG in Kloof.
