Keep up to date and join the conversation on the Blythedale Coastal Estate portal

Blythedale Coastal Estate is now ‘live’ on its own online community portal. The portal is an ‘in the cloud’ web-based solution which facilitates management and communication in localised communities, developed by market leaders in community management systems, GLOVent.

With a slick user interface and hard-working backend, the company has developed and supported community management systems for over ten years. Their portal is the preferred option for at least 650 communities internationally, touching the lives of more than 90,000 families.

Blythedale Coastal Estate members can make use of two options to stay up to date with the community – either through the GLOPortal web interface or via the Blythedale Coastal Estate App.

The portal provides an area on the internet for community members to interact with the management committee and one another. It offers access to functionality that enhances the lives of members in their specific residential community, including: direct updating of personal details; member and management communication; access to local service providers; online levy and billing information; visitor pre-clearance; viewing, downloading and printing of documents; online reservations; real-time management of utilities (electricity) and many more.

Accessing the portal:

For your convenience you have already been added to the Blythedale Coastal Estate Community Portal. Each owner at Blythedale Coastal Estate is automatically allocated a unique username and password when their member profile is created in the system.

You access the portal by entering your username and password which you will be receiving via email in the next few weeks. Owners are already loaded on the system which uses your cellphone number to identify you as an owner.

Downloading the App

Blythedale Coastal Estate will be using the app as our main source of communication and management. We therefore urge that all members download the app which is free to all members.
