The Bowl is located beneath the proposed 4-star hotel and is 70 meters from the ocean and a blue flag beach.

The Bowl is located in an eco-estate with many mountain bike trails, three blue flag beaches, 300ha of forested areas, and a river lagoon with 3kms of river estuary all of which makes The Bowl multifunctional. This means that aside from concerts and other festivals The Bowl will also be able to provide conferencing facilities, action sports facilities, a Sunday market, a perfect venue for company family days as well as 4X4 experiences and other events. There is access to blue flag beaches.

The Bowl is a grassed amphitheatre 16 000m² in size with a capacity to seat 10 000 people
The hospitality Deck is 3 500m² and can host functions in marquees for up to 2000 banquet style and 2500 cinema style.
The stage will be 18m x 10m offering 180m² of entertainment space
The electricity capacity will be +/- 400kva and the water can be capacitated at 30 000 litres per day (if necessary)
In Phase 1, there will be a capacity for up to 50 temporary toilets.
