Blythedale Development Update – May 2017

With 80% of the first two phases of this spectacular one-thousand-hectare development at Blythedale Coastal Estate already sold, our focus shifts to the next phase due for launch in mid-July.

The third phase is the Resort Hotel Complex which includes 100 sectional title units at Blythedale Village and a total of 434 luxury Villas and Apartments. Prices range from R980,000 up to R3,200,000. If pre-registration is anything to go by, we can expect a rush on premium positions when the phase officially launches on July 15.

If you visit the site now, you will see that civil work has been initiated on the infrastructure supporting the first 122 freehold sites on Phase 1d.

Only two sites are still available for sale on the exclusive beachfront Celebrity Mile where most of the transfers have been processed.

Outdoor adventure enthusiasts are finding our spectacular beaches, indigenous coastal forest and expansive grasslands an irresistible playground! Nearly 40km of running and mountain-biking trails have been cut and cleared.  These activities will be coordinated from the adventure centre which is taking shape.
