Remarkable sales at BCR

Our team has seen nothing but outstanding sales at Blythedale Coastal Resort with our exhibition stands which have popped up at large exhibitions and shows throughout South Africa. Just over 2 months ago, the R5 Million House investment competition at Blythedale Coastal Resort hit the news with advertising through the East Coast House and Garden Show, East Coast Radio, Independent Newspapers, through The Sharks, Blythedale and eLan’s Social media platforms. Our eLan Property Group team have seen the incredible coverage through high interest in Blythedale with 107 sales busy being converted to full sales.

Be on the lookout for more Blythedale advertising in nearby areas which will create a hype as the end of the year approaches.

What’s happening at BCR?

The initial phase on Blythedale is complete with 22 out of 23 freehold sites sold. These sites will be handed over to their very proud owners in August 2016.

Currently, our next phase is being released which consist of 71 freehold sites. Indications are that this area is 100% sold out, and the individual freehold sites surrounding two stunning dams/lakes. Blythedale have freehold sites selling at between R650k and R1.1m for a quality serviced site, the average size is 1.200 squares, mostly with views of the lakes and some with views onto the spectacular coastal indigenous forest.

This phase includes the building of our main gatehouse and road infrastructure, the two dams/lakes as well as boundary fence line. Raubex have cleared and surveyed for road infrastructure and Gum Tree removal is in progress. It’s great seeing Blythedale taking place after many years of forecasting, planning and now developing.

Sports fanatics, keep your eyes peeled as exciting new mountain biking trails and new trail running facilities are being introduced to Blythedale. Extreme Mountain Bikers should take their selfies at these vantage points, and send us the photos. Striking viewing towers are onsite, found at site 5,000, site 5132 and the water reservoir site on Blythedale Golf.  Both our conservation and security team appointments have been made and our team is now initiating the fence line around the first phases being created.

Thank you for your help

As locals will know, the torrential rains in KZN caused damage in July, prayers are with those people who were affected. Both the Dube Community and our BCR Developments team are most grateful for the rains. It lightened the pressure on farm operations and assisted in revitalising the superb fauna and flora that is found at Blythedale. The Blythedale forest shows off its many shades of green, in the undergrowth and on the canopy.

A giant thank you to our remarkable onsite sales team who consistently dedicate themselves to both marketing and selling Blythedale Coastal Resort. If you are in the area, it is worth contacting our team by simply registering on our website.  Allow us to host you for a mid-morning, afternoon or evening outing at this attractive development on The North Coast.

Thank you to Dominic Collett of RHDHV who has created a blueprint for us to engage on with regards to Green Technology Solutions across the whole development. We have identified 17 potential Green Tech solutions for Homeowners and we expect all our owners to embrace this opportunity. Our Architectural Guidelines will be visible on the Blythedale website within two weeks thanks to Bruce Douglas and The Boogertmann Architectural Team, to Alan Barnard, Llwellyn Cronje (Our Architectural Review Committee Panel), and to Jimmy Velissariou and Peter Whitehouse (Blythedale Homes, the Plot and Plan Team), and Johann Bodenstein on the Landscaping Protocol and Guidelines. We sincerely have a superb framework and want to thank the entire team for the committed and professional inputs.

Last but not least, a very big thank you to Formscaff in particular Cameron Butler for the building of the viewing towers.
