Yes, a maximum of 2 dogs (less than 20kg when fully grown) are allowed in the free standing units or homes. Unfortunately no cats are allowed, as we are conscious of protecting the bird-life in the area.
Due to the eco-friendly nature of the development, landscaping guidelines will be implemented, in keeping with the aesthetics of the Resort.
The Resort will have a list of accredited building contractors. If you wish to use the services of a different building contractor, an approval process will be implemented in order to ensure that the builder complies with environmental, architectural and other controls.
Our Design Review Committee will approve your building plans after considering the Resort’s architectural theme. This Committee consists of 2 or 3 appointed architects, a geo-tech consultant, storm-water consultant and landscaping consultant.

Individual property owners will be responsible for the payment of their private rates, water & electricity costs. Common property water & electricity will be included in the monthly levy.
The development plan includes the construction of a commercial and retail complex and there are currently facilities available in nearby Ballito or Stanger.
