BCR Update – August 2015
Blythedale Coastal Resort gave away a stand worth R700 000 at the eLan Gold Cup. 6 final contestants attended the event but only one lucky winner (Praga Naina from Johannesburg) walked away with a huge smile on his face.
Time is ticking… With just over 2 months left before the anticipated world launch of Blythedale Coastal Resort on October, 28th 2015 in London, Dubai, Johannesburg and Durban (Greyville Convention Centre). We are jovial to see the high interest in the general public as people are registering their interest daily. We are also well aware of the immense potential the launch will have in Durban and mainly the North Coast area. We are continually noticing a high interest in the Blythedale development, thus we will be hosting an onsite experience in September to cater for various groups of people. We suggest you diarise the following if applicable:
- September, 2nd: Blythedale Bank day (End user finance Ciers coordinated with Ooba and eLan Property group educational day for bankers)
- September, 4th: Blythedale Estate Agent’s day (Educating estate agents who are interested in promoting Blythedale. Register your interest as an estate agent to be invited)
- September, 9th: Blythedale Architects, Builders, Landscapers and Service Providers. (To understand architectural guidelines of Blythedale)
Earlier this month we launched our bird’s eye view video of the Resort. ‘Enjoy the view from above’ we like to say. In the video, we share the beauty found in a thousand hectares of untouched land with 320 hectares of indigenous forest, perfect for trail runs, bicycle and motor bike rides. We then cross in to the pristine tropical river frontage and estuaries, where canoeists will enjoy spending a fair portion of their time. 3 Kilometres of unblemished North Coast beaches which are perfect for surfing and fishing. Within the resort, Golfers will be able to enjoy the world-class driving range before taking on the beautifully manicured course and practice putting green.
